What Postclo does, how the Agent researches, which platforms and visuals it makes, how it avoids making things up, what happens to your data, and how credits work.
The product
What is Postclo?
An AI agent and a content studio in one. You start a project, talk to the Agent about ideas, strategy, competitors and marketing, and make posts, images, carousels and short videos from one composer — from a sentence or your own photos. You review everything and publish it yourself.
Who is Postclo for?
Anyone who creates content for something they care about: a SaaS or product, a personal brand, a Facebook page, a creator channel, or a business of any size. A project describes itself in your own words, so nothing in it assumes you sell software.
How does a project start?
You give it a name, your website if you have one, and a description in your own words. It researches your site and the web and writes a project overview — what you offer, who it is for, your voice, your proof, how you are positioned. You can edit every line, and that overview is the context everything else is written from.
What can I ask the Agent?
Anything about your content and marketing: what competitors post and where, how they position themselves, what to make next, how to launch something, why a channel isn't working, how to say something better. It searches the web when a question needs it, answers live, and hands you pieces to make — a post, an image, a carousel or a short video, with why.
What happens when I use a proposal?
It fills the composer: the kind of piece, what to make and any options. You read it, change what you like and press Generate — nothing is made or charged before that.
Which platforms can it write for?
Any feed. Each piece gets one post, written to read well wherever you share it, and its page shows it the way Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads would before you post it.
How do I create a piece?
Say what you want in one box and pick what to make — text, text with an image, an image, a carousel and a short video. No platform to choose: the words are written to read well in any feed.
What visuals can it make?
Images, carousels and short videos of up to 60 seconds, in your logo's colours, with your logo (or your project's name). Add your own photos and the AI looks at them and puts them on the slides. It writes the script first so you can edit the words, then composes the look for that piece — one of 12 art directions (Studio, Minimal, Editorial, Elegant and more), with the layout, type, decoration and the words to highlight chosen for what it says and who it is for. Describe a different look, or pick another, any time. Ask the AI to change one slide or the whole visual and it shows exactly what it would change before anything is applied. Everything renders in your browser and downloads as PNG, PDF or MP4. Move, resize and recolour anything on the canvas before you download.
Does it publish to my accounts?
No. Postclo prepares the content; you review it, copy or download it, and publish it yourself. Nothing is ever described as published unless you marked it so.
Quality, accuracy and your data
Will the AI make things up?
It is built not to. It writes from your project overview, the photos you added and the pages it read, and it never invents numbers, customers, quotes or personal stories. A figure nothing backs is taken out, and where a story of yours would help, it makes the point with your project’s facts instead — it never hands you a placeholder to fill in. It can still be wrong, which is why you review everything before it goes out.
Will it sound like AI wrote it?
The writing is meant to read like a person: plain words, a clear point, emotion only where it's true, and an opening that fits how people pay attention on that platform. Every draft is checked for figures without a source, marketing filler, hard-to-read sentences and unfilled placeholders before you see it, and you can edit or rewrite any piece.
How does the Agent research competitors?
With the web search of the AI provider that runs it: it reads public pages — sites, posts, profiles — and tells you what it found, with the sources. It cannot see anyone's private analytics, so it won't claim to know a competitor's traffic, revenue or results.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your projects and content are used to do the work you ask for in your account. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models; it is sent to an AI provider only to carry out a request you made. See the privacy policy for the details.
Where are my images and videos made?
In your own browser. The server writes the script and chooses the design; your browser draws the frames and encodes the files, then uploads the finished files to your project so you can download them again later.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete pieces, visuals and whole projects at any time, and deleting your account removes your projects and everything in them.
Credits and billing
How does pricing work?
Pay as you go. One credit costs $0.01, and credits are used only when AI does work — research, an Agent answer, writing or a visual's script. There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no monthly reset.
What does a typical action cost?
Usually about 8 credits for an Agent answer, 5 for a written piece, 15 for an image and 25 to research a project. Every action shows its estimate before it runs, and you are charged only what it actually used.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you buy stay in your account until you use them, whether that is next week or next year.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account gets 150 free credits once you verify your email — enough to research a project and try real work. No card is needed to sign up. The free credits are once per person, and addresses from disposable email services don't receive them.
What is the minimum top-up?
$5, which buys 500 credits. You can add any amount above that; $10, $25, $50 and $100 are shown as conveniences, not plans.
How do I know what something will cost?
Every AI action shows its approximate credit cost before it runs. The pricing page lists what each kind of work usually uses and the most it can use.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved when the work starts and charged only for what succeeded. If the AI provider or our own processing fails, or you cancel a run, the reserved credits are released back to you automatically.
Can I get a refund for a result I don't like?
Credits are not refunded for results you dislike, edit or choose to regenerate — each generation is real AI work that has already been done. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will look at it.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. Without a subscription there is no recurring charge to stop; you simply stop buying credits. Your remaining credits stay in your account.
