What Postclo collects, why, who else processes it — the AI gateway and model providers, our storage, email and payment providers — and how to remove it, in plain language.

1.Who we are

Postclo is run by Postclo. This policy explains what we collect when you use Postclo — the web app and this website — why, who else processes it, and what you can do about it. Questions: contact@support.postclo.com.

2.What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address and sign-in information.
  • Project data — what you give a project (its name, website address and description), the project overview written from research and your edits to it, your conversations with the Agent and the sources it cites, the content you create and edit, your logo and the colours read from it, the photos you add to a piece, and the images, carousels and videos you make.
  • Credits and payments — your credit balance and a ledger of what each AI action used. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
  • Technical data — logs needed to run and secure the service, such as request times, errors and IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

3.How we use it

To do the work you ask for and run the service: researching your project, answering in the Agent, writing content and the scripts for visuals, keeping your credit balance, sending account email and answering support requests.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

4.AI providers and web research

When an action uses AI, the parts of your project that the request needs — for example your overview, the photos you added to a piece and your message — are sent through our AI gateway (run by Vercel) to the model provider that runs that request, to produce the result. The provider processes them to answer that request.

Researching a project, and Agent answers that need current information, read public web pages: our servers fetch your website and the pages that explain your offer, and the pages found about competitors or a topic, and search the web through our own search service. They only read what anyone could read in a browser, run no scripts, and keep the addresses of the pages used so you can see the sources.

Voiceovers for short videos are made in your browser: the words you give a video are not sent anywhere to be spoken.

5.Images, carousels and videos

Visuals are drawn and encoded in your own browser; our servers write the script and choose the design but do not render anything. When a render finishes, your browser uploads the files (PNG, PDF or MP4) to our file storage, so they are kept with your project and can be downloaded again. Your logo and the photos you add are stored the same way. Stored files are only served to your signed-in account.

6.Payments

Credits are bought through our payment gateway, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. It tells us that a payment succeeded and for how much, so we can add the credits to your account; we keep that record for as long as the law requires.

7.Cookies

Essential cookies and browser storage keep Postclo working: your sign-in, your light or dark theme and your cookie choice. They are always on.

Analytics cookies are optional, set only on our public pages, and only after you accept them in the cookie notice. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people use and what breaks, with advertising storage switched off. Change your mind at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

8.Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the service, and only what each needs for its job:

  • Vercel — hosts this website and runs the AI gateway every AI request passes through.
  • AI model providers, reached through that gateway — the language and image models that run each request.
  • Cloudflare — our domain’s DNS, and file storage for your logo, photos and rendered visuals.
  • SendPulse — sends account email, such as sign-in and verification codes.
  • Paddle (merchant of record) and Polar — take payments for credits.
  • Our rented servers, which run the application and its database.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — only on our public pages, and only after you accept analytics cookies.

We may disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell it or share it for advertising.

9.Keeping and deleting it

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete content, visuals and whole projects at any time; deleting your account removes your projects and everything in them. Records we must keep by law, such as payment records, are kept for as long as the law requires.

10.Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to contact@support.postclo.com from the email on your account and we will answer.

11.Changes

If we change how we handle your data in a meaningful way, we will update this page and its date, and tell account holders by email before the change applies.
