Terms of service

The rules for using Postclo, in plain language: what it does and doesn’t do, how pay-as-you-go credits work, refunds, your content and acceptable use.

1.The agreement

These terms are the rules for using Postclo, a service run by Postclo. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Postclo for a company or a client, you confirm you may agree on their behalf.

2.What the service does — and doesn’t

Postclo is an AI agent and a content studio. It researches your project and the web, talks through ideas, strategy and marketing with you, and creates content, images, carousels and short videos for the platforms you choose. It uses AI models to research, reason and write.

  • It does not publish for you. You review, copy or export, and publish content yourself. Content is only marked as published when you mark it.
  • AI output can be wrong. We check drafts for unsupported claims and take out figures nothing backs rather than invent facts, but you are responsible for reviewing what you publish and for its accuracy.
  • Suggestions are not guarantees. The Agent’s research and suggestions are based on what it could find and read. We do not promise any particular reach, ranking or result.

3.AI credits and payment

  • Postclo is pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. One AI credit costs $0.01; the minimum purchase is $5.
  • Purchased credits never expire and there is no monthly reset. They stay in your account until you use them.
  • Credits are used only when the service does AI work. The app shows the estimated cost before an action runs. The credit cost of an action may change over time to follow the real cost of the work; the current estimate is always shown first. See pricing.
  • New accounts receive 150 free credits, once, when their email address is verified. Free credits are for genuine evaluation; creating accounts to collect them again is not allowed, and addresses from disposable email services do not receive them.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or withdrawn.
  • When you pay through Paddle, the order is processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for it: Paddle charges you, adds any sales tax or VAT, and handles payment questions and returns for that order.

4.Failed work and refunds

Credits are reserved when an AI action starts and charged only when it succeeds. If the AI provider or our own processing fails, or the result is unusable because of a system error, the reserved credits are released to you.

Credits are not refunded because you dislike a result, change your mind, edit the output or regenerate it on purpose — each of those is AI work that was actually done. If you believe you were charged because of a fault on our side, write to contact@support.postclo.com and we will look into it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

5.Your content

You own what you put into Postclo and what it creates for you. You give us the limited permission we need to store and process it to run the service for you — for example, to send part of a request to an AI provider. We do not use your content to train AI models and do not claim ownership of it.

6.Acceptable use

Please don’t use Postclo to:

  • create spam, deceptive content, fake reviews or invented testimonials;
  • impersonate a person or organization, or infringe someone else’s rights;
  • research pages that are not public, or get around a site’s access controls;
  • break the rules of the platforms you publish to;
  • probe, overload or work around the service’s limits.

We may suspend accounts that do, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

7.Research and competitor notes

Research reads public web pages only — our servers fetch them and search the web through our own search service, running no scripts and getting around no access controls. What the Agent says about another business — its content, channels or positioning — is a reading of public material, with its sources, not a statement of fact about that business. You decide which notes to keep, and you are responsible for how you use them.

8.Closing your account

There is nothing to cancel: without a subscription, nothing renews. You can stop using Postclo at any time and your credits stay put. You can also delete your account, which removes your projects and their content; if you have unused purchased credits, write to contact@support.postclo.com first.

9.Availability and liability

We work to keep Postclo available and accurate, but provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10.Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and its date and email account holders before the change applies. Questions about any of this: contact@support.postclo.com.
